Telephone and on-site help with any problem. One source for help with all the computer products you use, whether or not we supplied them. If you have Networks or 'mission critical' applications, we will interface via modem and perform 'on-site' maintenance immediately without having to travel to your offices.
For our Datafile clients remote support often includes creation of custom reports, or even changes to the underlying databases and the entry screens. With remote access via pcAnywhere and the inherent stability of Datafile, these alterations can be swiftly and safely accomplished.
