better?
A - Because you do best the work that you specialise

Q - We prepare our own wages, it's
easy!
A - Is it? What do you do when the person who prepares the payroll wants to go on
holiday, or is ill? What do you do when other important business matters conflict with preparing the payroll. How
much is that person's time worth and could they be doing something productive rather than the chore of payroll
preparation.
Q - You will be
expensive!
A - No, we are not! Our charges are £3.50 per
person for the initial company set-up (minimum fee of £35) and £3.15 per person per payrun (minimum fee of
£35).
Q - But what about the extra charges?
A - Our "basic" charge covers cost of payroll preparation; printing of payslips;
printing of wages book; printing of departmental summary (if required); All year-end P14's and P60's and P35
listing; Autopay listing. The only "extra" charges are if you require us to perform other payroll related
tasks, such as contacting HMRC on your behalf, then we charge an hourly rate of £25. If you would like us to
perform on-line filing of your year-end return there is a charge of £90.00 (For any size of client).

reliable?
A - Yes and we are happy to let you speak to a
variety of our clients if you want references.
Q - Why do I need your service?
A - Payroll legislation including SMP, and SSP, is getting more complex and is
difficult for most companies to keep up to date with. Further, preparation of payroll always involves senior staff
who could be doing something profitable.
Q - How do I give you the
pay details?
A - Pretty much any way you like. Most clients submit their details via email or
spreadsheet but we don't mind, you tell us what would be most convenient.
