Winghigh has supported Pharos Marine Ltd, and it subsidiary Sims Systems Ltd, for a number of
years. As agents for Datafile, Winghigh installed several Datafile modules for Pharos Marine in
1998. They set up the modules, transferred the data, personalised the product, where required, and
fully trained all personnel. Pharos Marine is still running with Datafile today. Winghigh provide
on site support, but today most issues are dealt with by remote access. The latter enables problems
or new work to be dealt with speedily and at lower cost.
When
we acquired Sims Systems Ltd in 2003, we followed the same path. Datafile was introduced to Sims in
a matter of weeks. Again, Winghigh performed a turnkey operation. Sims presented a different
challenge to Pharos Marine since its data came from a variety of sources. Winghigh were able to
consolidate this chaotic data into the same Datafile modules and provide a fully integrated package
in a number of weeks. Sims are still using Datafile and also benefit from the very accessible
Winghigh support package.

The Datafile Profiler application generator is included with
Datafile Premier so that you can add extra reports, screen data entry and file processing options direct into the
application menus. There is virtually no limit to the ability of
Premier and Profiler to match the most demanding accounting and operational needs.
And, if by chance you do want something so esoteric that Datafile
can't handle it, then there is always the option of a custom modification. Direct coding from the Datafile
development team that integrates seamlessly with your system and is guaranteed to be future-proof and work with
every update and new release of Datafile.
